MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I agree to abide by League rules, Golf Canada's Rules of Golf and fundamental golf etiquette. I understand that violation of the rules may result in loss of membership.

I understand and agree that the League’s membership fee of $200 + HST is non-refundable and that no exceptions will be made.

Each League member is responsible for paying their green fee for each reservation. If that member is a "No Show" then they will have to pay for that green fee to continue being a member of the League. If that member refuses to pay, they will lose their League membership and therefore all benefits.

To maximize the Tee Sheet, we may fill any void spots not fill by the League with members of the general public.

The League is only for 2023 as the City will be implementing a new system for 2024.

I consent to the use of photographs and or videos of myself by the League for promotional purposes.

I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to maximize my membership in this League as it is my responsibility to have fun!
